Growth requires an increase in knowledge

An increase in knowledge requires recognizing you do not possess all knowledge

Recognizing you do not possess all knowledge requires humility

Stay humble, my friends

Humble and curious

Open systems, people, and organizations are humble and curious

in humility, they are always growing, innovating, getting better

Closed systems, people, and organizations stay bad or mediocre at best

In their mind, their way is the way

We do it this way ‘cause we have always done it this way

Everyone should always do what they would do

Stay humble, open, and curious, my friends…or do not evolve, grow, thrive, or prosper
