Paul’s Band of Brothers and Sisters listed in Colossians 4

Paul wrote 13 letters to churches

At the end of each, he shouts out those who are “with him”

They experience together a shared mission

Bled together, cried together, happy-danced together

Each helping, supporting, leading, serving, praying, opening their homes

Each “with him”

Like Jesus, Paul was not alone

God called Gideon to tear down idols and war with God’s enemies

He had zero training

He had an army of zero

He blew a trumpet

God sent the Abiezrites

Gideon had his gang

They wreaked havoc on the enemies of God

They made incredible memories, together

Praise God this morning for “your people”

Shout them out, like Paul

If God is stirring something within you, look for the “who else” He is aligning

God has a history of calling gangs
