His energy, not mine

All of it, not some

He powerfully works it, I do not have to muster it

It’s powerful, not weak sauce or decaf

Within me

If you are in Christ, you have a God, the one God Jehovah, actively working within your heart, soul, and mind to give you all His energy

He is working powerfully in you for His glory and the good of others, which happens to be your ultimate good as well.

Be curious. What is He stirring?

He is doing something. He is powerfully moving within you, even in spite of you.

Grace > spite. God does not do spite.

He is not reluctant

He has no regret

He is not stingy

He is not leaving us to merely our own, puny, selves and half baked religiosity efforts to be deemed socially acceptable to ourselves and to the church folk

Nah, His love knows no end, has no floor, and has no ceiling.

The breadth, length, depth, heights of His love, grace and activity within us.

Paul prayed that you and I would be able to comprehend that reality.

I pray I can

I pray you can too

Whatever you and I can currently comprehend of that love He has for us, it’s tiny compared to the reality

I pray God’s love and grace and hope and energy will consume and dominate…overwhelm us

We live and labor from approval not for it
